What will you do?

• Ensure the operation conditions are safe for all of the employees, visitors and contractors

• Incident investigation

• Ensure all of the employees are properly trained in safety topics according to their role and functions

• Create and keep procedures and formats according to federal and local regulations, as well as company and client and ISO 45 001/ISO 14 001 requirements, and ensuring their executions

• Support all stakeholders in the safety legal and corporate requirements by training, guidance and coaching on their operations and activities needs

• Promoting a safety environment for all internal and external workers

What will you need to succeed?

• Degree on engineering or science, areas related to chemistry, math, biology, physics, environmental and health matters

• People management

• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions

• Intermediate English

• Experience on: Risk identification, evaluation and controls determination, incident investigation, root cause analysis, equipment and machinery safety, hazardous material management, working at heights, electrical safety, confined spaces, PPE management, heat works, construction safety

• Basic project management and new processes implementation

• Knowledge OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, 45001

• Domain of legal and corporate requirements such as STPS/SEMARNAT NOMs, ZCH program, etc.
