CIO Solutions Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Santa Barbara, California

About the job: The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is a part-time role that is responsible for shipping, receiving and maintaining CIO Solutions product inventory in our Santa Barbara office. This role is also responsible for miscellaneous office tasks and phone duties, during an afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, friendly, helpful, and enjoy talking on the phone with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving - accept deliveries, print shipping labels, transport product to shipping facilities as needed

  • Occasional product delivery to client locations

  • Data entry

  • Special projects

  • Receiving of parts

  • Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate contact

  • Ensure all common areas are neat, tidy and presentable

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality of all client, employee and company information

  • Able to lift and/or carry 25 pounds

  • Have a clean driving record and a current California Drivers License
