About the job: The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is a part-time role that is responsible for shipping, receiving and maintaining CIO Solutions product inventory in our Santa Barbara office. This role is also responsible for miscellaneous office tasks and phone duties, during an afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, friendly, helpful, and enjoy talking on the phone with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping and receiving - accept deliveries, print shipping labels, transport product to shipping facilities as needed
Occasional product delivery to client locations
Data entry
Special projects
Receiving of parts
Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate contact
Ensure all common areas are neat, tidy and presentable
Other duties as assigned
