Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a MDM Specialist in the higher education industry located in Santa Barbara, California. As an MDM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting mobile device deployment, providing enrollment support, and working with various technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and provide support for Maas360.

• Facilitate mobile device deployment processes.

• Provide enrollment support to ensure efficient operations.

• Utilize scripting experience with powershell or python to enhance system functionality.

• Leverage knowledge of Active Directory or SSO authentication to enhance security measures.

• Utilize MDM technologies, including JAMF Casper Suite, Jamf Pro, and MaaS360, to manage mobile devices.

• Implement endpoint protection and endpoint security measures to safeguard data.

• Utilize knowledge of Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies.

• Manage and maintain computer hardware and database systems.

• Work with Apple devices and backup technologies to ensure data safety. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Higher Education industry

• Proven expertise in MDM Technologies, including JAMF Casper Suite and MaaS360

• Strong understanding of Cisco, Citrix, and Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in Active Directory and Configuration Management

• Experience with Apple Devices and Backup Technologies

• Knowledge of Database and Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Security

• Experience with Single Sign-On

• Ability to work with Jamf Pro

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
