Manufacturing Technician

Job Description:

• Fabricate and validate flight hardware (mechanical, electrical, Ground Support Equipment) per drawings, procedures, and quality standards.

• Assist engineers with hardware manufacture, test infrastructure, documentation, and other tasks.

• Identify and report non-conformances to engineering and quality assurance.

• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of production equipment with facilities and maintenance teams.

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to optimize orders and clarify process instructions.

• Current certifications : Solder, Harnessing/Crimping to J or NASA-Standards.

• Work from diagrams, drawings, and detailed procedures.

• Operate electrical and non-electrical manufacturing equipment.

• Use hand tools (crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, air tools).

• Work with adhesives, chemical cleaners, coating materials, and other manufacturing chemicals.
