This role can be done from anywhere in the United States - any of our offices, or remotely from home. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Global Paid Media will lead the development and execution of our global paid media strategies, including social, to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, foster engagement, and boost retention across diverse global channels. You will oversee a team of skilled marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute, optimize, maximize ROI, and elevate the overall performance of our digital marketing initiatives. What You'll Do Develop and implement a comprehensive global paid media strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends. Manage an advertising budget efficiently across multiple regions and platforms, ensuring optimal ROI. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Product Marketing, and Analytics to ensure integrated campaign strategies. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, leveraging data to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in paid media strategies. Establish strong relationships with external agencies and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and negotiate favorable terms. What You'll Need Basic Qualifications 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, preferably in consumer goods or technology industries. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global paid media campaigns that drive measurable results. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
