In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and positive leasing experience. You'll wear many hats, from processing applications and managing agreements to providing exceptional customer service to tenants.

Here's what you'll do:

• Leasing Guru:Assist walk-in customers, providing them with clear and informative answers to their questions.

• Process rental applications efficiently, running credit checks, verifying references, and ensuring all documentation is complete.

• Draft accurate and detailed leasing agreements and addendums.

• Schedule and coordinate lease signings and resident move-ins seamlessly.

• Process and track lease assignments and subleases, maintaining meticulous records.

• Tenants' Champion:Address tenant inquiries regarding available units, leasing procedures, move-out processes, and general building concerns.

• Oversee parking agreements and rentals, ensuring all information is updated.

• Make follow-up calls to new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into their new home.

Requirements • Applicant must have a background in Customer Service.

• Knowledge and understanding of Rental Properties is crucial.

• Proven track record in a Customer Success Specialist role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
