Our rapidly growing Structural Heart business is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our RD leadership team to lead the portfolio of Evidence Generation testing and publications. The Structural Heart business includes Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) products, Transcatheter Pulmonic Valve (TPV) products, and other related technologies.
A Day in the Life:
Provide leadership for a portfolio of technical evidence activities including engineering analysis and bench testing of products for the Structural Heart (SH) business
Develop and lead cross functional leadership governance process to identify, prioritize, and execute the portfolio of technical evidence projects in alignment with overall SH strategy
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with external KOL collaborators
Maintain internal alignment with relevant functional leaders regarding interactions with KOLs
Represent SH technical evidence portfolio in business governance processes to develop and maintain portfolio of activities aligned with strategic imperatives
Ensure alignment of quarterly goals and objectives across participating functions
Delivers on financial objectives related to budgeting and forecast accuracy for the portfolio
Contributes resource estimations for prioritized evidence activities into annual planning process
Oversees individual project teams identifies and coaches project leaders to ensure execution of portfolio of projects
Coordinates RD and cross-functional resources and activities with functional partners
Accountable for delivery of publications at major cardiovascular conferences and in high profile medical journals
Interface professionally with various levels of business leadership teams and consultants
Represent RD in strategic planning and annual planning sessions
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have:
BS in an Engineering of Scientific Discipline
Experience developing mechanisms to monitor project progress.
Gather requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of projects key stakeholders.
