ManpowerGroup Internal Auditor – Dealer Development in Santa Ana, California

Job Title: Internal Auditor – Dealer Development

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Range: $50-60/hr. W2 (depending on experience)

Project Duration: January – April 2025

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to conduct Dealer Development audits, emphasizing compliance, efficiency, and operational enhancement. Dealer Development involves the dealer selection process, onboarding, changes to and termination of dealers.

This position requires developing the audit program, execution of the audit program and field work, and providing support and the audit report. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, a meticulous eye for detail, and a successful history in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ related audit experience within automotive or manufacturing industries.

  • CPA or CIA a plus .

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline preferred.

  • Experience in TeamMate, AuditBoard, Oracle EBS, or related system.

  • Highly detail oriented, determined, collaborative, and organized in work with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
