Boehringer Ingelheim SuccessFactors Platform and Compensation Lead in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain
Are you a highly skilled and motivated Business Consultant with a knack for SuccessFactors Platform and Compensation? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of our entire SuccessFactors platform, with a special focus on the Compensation module.
Do you have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in compensation processes? Do you have a strong background in HR technology and project leadership? Tasks and responsibilities
Platform Leadership & Strategy: You will be at the helm of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, leading its configuration, customization, and management. You will ensure seamless integration with other HR modules and systems and develop strategies for enhancing platform utilization and effectiveness.
Compensation Management: Picture yourself overseeing the design and configuration of the SuccessFactors Compensation module, aligning compensation processes with organizational goals. You will also lead the annual compensation cycle and develop tools to support compensation decision-making.
Implementation & Configuration: Are you ready to drive the implementation of SuccessFactors modules and manage system configuration? You will also troubleshoot any platform issues in collaboration with SuccessFactors support teams.
Stakeholder Management: Partnering with internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective system solutions will be a key part of your role. You will also act as the main point of contact for vendors, external consultants, and SuccessFactors support teams.
Project Leadership: Imagine leading cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and enhancement of compensation and platform solutions. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for SuccessFactors-related projects.
Continuous Improvement & Analytics: You'll regularly assess and recommend improvements to compensation processes and platform capabilities. You'll leverage data analytics to provide insights into compensation trends and monitor system performance and user satisfaction.
*Requirements *
Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or related field or bachelor’s degree with long-term experience.
Several years of experience in working with HR technology, with focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
Expertise in the Compensation module and Employee Central within SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
Familiarity with HRIS integrations and data security best practices.
Proven experience leading projects and implementations of SuccessFactors modules.
Strong understanding of compensation management processes, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and equity programs.
Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
A proactive, self-organized working style with and good team player with very strong communication skills in an international team.
