EMEA Customer Marketing Trainee duties:

• Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region:

• Agencies: request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications

• Affiliates: check needs and inform about new materials available

• GRP: create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date

• Promotional Material Teams: DS/BTS/Service MKT

• Update with available approved localized materials.

• Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates.

• Control of expiry dates

• Preparation of new Sharefolder

• Grifols Experience Days

• Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate/G.Viajes

• Help in Logisitic details.

• Definition of the process in the system.

• Launches and Congresses:

• Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions.

• Invoice management through SAP system.

• Support in Compliance requests.

• Others: support in the development of Customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, ...
