Responsibilities

• 10+ years in construction management (5+ years as a Superintendent).

• Bachelor's in Construction Management OR equivalent experience.

• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.

• Solid leadership and communication.

• Good communication skills to update team on daily progress.

• Proficiency in construction management software: Procore and or Red Team preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

• Physically able to work on construction sites in all conditions.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time
