Job Description:
Oversee defining objectives, creating plans to achieve objectives, tracking/reporting progress against objectives and budgets, driving execution of key projects and programs, coaching project team members, and improving project management processes.
- Provide overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts
- Track and report project status on a consistent basis, including identifying, categorizing, and escalating project issues and risks that need leadership
- Will be working with offshore development and need to ensure that offshore team is successful in delivering
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e.: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar major with extensive computer-based or technical content)
- Overall IT experience of 10+ years
- 7+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation of projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
- Strong financials experience including but not limited to creating, tracking and managing a budget
- Experience in managing customer facing projects
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Previous Banking Industry Experience
- Business and Technical Acumen
- Experience delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in writing SOWs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- SAFe Agile certification and experience
