Conduent Staff Accountant position in Sandy, Utah

Staff Accountant position

8 AM to 4:30 PM Mon - Fri MST

Pay is $16.00 hr. / Great Benefits from day one.

Must have:

  • High school diploma or GED experience

  • 1-2 years in a working environment

  • Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week

  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening

Must be receptive to coaching and training as minimal quality requirements are in place

Job Track Description:

_Open JP Morgan and Run the Search ACH items for any NOC or Returns and save them to files as required.

_ Send them to Realogy.Vendors@Conduent.com and NRTVendors@Conduent.com .

_Any copies sent by JP Morgan print and distribute to Vendor team, management and keep one for our records.

NRT CHECKS

__ Release the Checks in C-Series

_Verify the Check Range for 999 check

__ Fold checks (put number on Excel spread sheet)

__ Meter checks (put number on Excel spread sheet)

__ Fill out NRTRECONCILE and Realogy Mail Excel spread sheet

REALOGY/CARTUS CHECKS

Morning (10:30 when invoice team tells you batches are validated)

__ Run JP Morgan ACH Batch-CRP

__ Run Cartus (Run FO and FE once a week on Fridays unless requested by invoice team-CRT

and always the last day of the month)

__ Place ACH totals on RWP Excel spread sheet

__ Email ACH information to the Realogy Treasury team

Afternoon (2:00 to 2:15 pm)

__ Call in JP Morgan ACH totals 2:00-2:15 pm

__ Call in Cartus ACH totals 2:00-2:15 pm

__ Run the Check Handling Report in RWP to create the UPS Excel spread sheet 2:15 pm

Afternoon (after 2:45 when invoice teams tells you batches are validated)

__ Run Check Process Requests

_ JPSHD_CHK

_ MOBFM_CHECK

__ Process special handling checks using UPS Excel spread sheet

__ Place RWP spread sheet totals onto Realogy Total Checks Spread Sheet

__ Place UPS total packages onto Realogy Total Checks Spread Sheet

__ Put tracking numbers on UPS spread sheet

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is.$23,560 minimum -$29,450 midpoint.
