Description

The electrical Prefabrication Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of our prefabrication process. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES and SCOPE: * Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of our prefabrication process. * Order and organize materials and tools necessary for the profitable operation of our Prefabrication department. * Coordinate with our estimators, project managers, and field supervisors to identify and produce prefabrication assemblies for specific projects. * Train workers in the most efficient prefabrication means and methods. * Maintain an injury/incident free workplace. * Identify and recruit potential employees. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have extensive knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and materials. * Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction * Must have at least 7 years at a management levelincluding overseeing office management, payroll, production facilities, estimating, engineering, and scheduling * Prior experience and understanding of the prefabrication business as it applies to electrical construction * Must have proven success running operations or electrical construction projects for a medium-sized electrical contractor * Strong communication and leadership skills required * Must have an entrepreneurial attitude
