Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and replacements, including compressor repairs and furnace installations. Conduct general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, such as plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation. Complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines. Assist with project management activities such as job scoping, estimating, and material procurement.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Sandy Springs, Georgia and some days remote.

Work Environment

Work across 700 properties throughout the Kansas City area, including rental properties, apartment complexes, townhouses, and single-family homes. Typical work radius is 30 miles within the metro area, but may extend up to 100 miles for specific orders. Average daily travel is 200 miles, with flexibility to live anywhere within the greater metro area, ideally within 5-10 miles of the work sites.
