Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a role based in Sandy Springs, Georgia. In this role, you will be required to handle a variety of tasks related to Accounts Payable within the Non-profit industry. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintaining precise records of customer credit.

• Resolving customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when needed.

• Utilizing Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics for various accounts payable tasks.

• Employing intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.

• Prioritizing reliability and a strong attention to detail in all tasks.

• Adapting to flexible work schedules post the initial two-week period. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skilled in using Great Plains Dynamics software

• Prior experience or knowledge in Non-profit Accounting is desirable

• Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups

• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
