Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR works within the Sales Department and receives calls from existing customers inquiring about or placing an order for Flexospan's products. A Sales CSR will effectively inform customers about our products, build a positive rapport by listening and identifying needs, and provide solutions to customer questions and concerns.
Duties:
Advise customers about products and their associated costs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice on products.
Obtain transportation costs from a variety of Flexospan partners to include in customer quotes.
Generate quotes for new and existing customers.
Provide customer follow-up on quotes to check status updates.
Ship product samples to customers when requested.
Distribute order paperwork to plant staff for product fulfillment/production.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in data entry and computer systems
Attention to detail is key
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
