Job Title: Machine Operator

Shifts: 2nd shift 3:45PM-12:15AM; 3rd shift 11:45AM - 8AM (all Monday - Friday)

Pay: $16.50/hr. (opportunity to be higher based on experience, room for growth based on performance and attendance).

Must be open to learning how to operate on the machines and desire to learn. Mainly looking for candidates who are able to problem solve and have troubleshooting skills! They will train on how to use the machine just have to be open to learning and packaging.*

Job Description:

• Candidates will be working within a paper converting company that will manufacture and then ship to various companies

• Operating on a machine that manufactures product (plus if it was a paper manufacturing company)

• Must have a strong attention to detail

• Must have experience with troubleshooting and repairing machines in the past

• Prior hand/power tool experience in the past is a plus, but must be good with math

• Looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined for the position

• Must be flexible for all shifts, will train on days and then move to respective shifts (or ideally at least open to 2 of 3 of the shifts)

• Will be monitoring the machine and making adjustments to uphold the overall quality of the products as well

• Experience setting up machine and performing changeover between jobs
