Job Title: Machine Operator - Second Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated candidates responsible for setting up and monitoring machines, as well as overseeing product quality and making necessary adjustments. You will be running paper conversion equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production goals are met.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sandston, Virginia.

Work Environment

The work environment is a paper converting company, which may be a little dusty due to the nature of the materials. It is non-climate controlled. The company culture offers room for growth, particularly for those with strong mechanical reasoning. The plant currently has about 30 employees and is looking to fill roughly 8-10 positions. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, and steel-toe shoes. The hours for this position are from 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM, Monday through Friday, with some potential for overtime.
