POSITION: General Managers are responsible for meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales targets by executing strategic community outreach, in-club lead generation, and generating member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner and with the support of a Rumble Support Team, General Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. General Managers must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The General Manager is rooted in sales, marketing, and operations while upholding our mission to fuel energetic communal experience. REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services * Confident in generating personal sales and training team members on sales processes * Ability to manage and grow four revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees * Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email * Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-changing, diverse environment * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment * An affinity and passion for fitness * Solid writing and grammar skills * Organized and proficient in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines * Professional, punctual, and reliable * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, vendors, and the public * Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management softwares *This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES: * Align with the studio owner’s daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets * Lead generation, including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networking * Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes * Membership sales, including overcoming objections and prospect follow up * Manage staff schedule and hold the team accountable for daily KPI execution * Directly communicate and coordinate with all vendors * Audit the sales process to ensure proper execution * Identify areas of opportunity in the sales process and develop training curriculums to ensure the improvement of team members’ skillsets * Ensuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts * Supervise, train, and develop the Sales Associate team * Hire, manage, and train team members * Display proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue & attendance reports * Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service situations * Collect out-standing membership dues and resolve membership billing errors * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio * Enforce Rumble’s policies, procedures, and brand standards * Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stocked * Schedule and participate in lead generation and networking events * Strategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studio * Any other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: * This position offers a very competitive base salary based on experience & performance * Commission paid on individual sales * Opportunity to bonus based on performance * Unlimited growth potential within the company * Employee Retail Discount * Complimentary Fitness Membership while employed
