Description Robert Half is working with a reputable personal injury frim in San Ramon seeking newly licensed Attorneys to join their team. The role involves performing legal research, conducting factual investigations, preparing legal documents, overseeing case managers and claims, and regularly interacting with clients and other parties involved in the litigation process. The employment type for this role is permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive legal research and factual investigations on assigned cases. • Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and memoranda. • Reviewing and negotiating settlements collaboratively with senior attorneys. • Managing pre-litigation tasks, litigation tasks, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. • Regularly communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and other attorneys. • Overseeing case managers and claims to ensure efficient processing and compliance with firm procedures. • Acting as a liaison between lawyers, victims, and other parties involved in the case. • Drafting legal documents including wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. • Providing guidance, mentorship, and detail oriented development opportunities to supporting staff members. Requirements • Possession of a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active membership in a state Bar association.
