Honeywell Account Manager II-Building Technologies Healthcare in San Ramon, California

The Account Manager II will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Honeywell Building Technologies organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. The territory for this role in Northern California focusing on the San Francisco area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify opportunities

  • Manage and plan accounts

  • Negotiate and close

  • Articulate and deliver value proposition

  • Manage momentum through the sales cycle

  • Establish rapport with customers

COMPENSATION

  • Incentive eligible

  • Base range of $78,800 -$118,500. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • Five plus years’ experience selling Building Automation Systems (Fire, HVAC, Security, Access Control, Etc.)

  • 5 years plus selling project based solution sales

  • 5 years’ Experience and proven track record in Contractor Project Sales

  • Experience with Direct to Owner Sales

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Project base solution selling experience

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
