ORGANIZATION SUMMARY

Catholic Charities is one of the largest, oldest, and most comprehensive nonprofit human services organizations in Northern California, annually reaching more than 60,000 vulnerable individuals of all faiths in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin Counties. CatholicCharitiesSt.Vincent’sORRprovidesresidentialcareandplacementsupporttomaleunaccompaniedminorsages6-17inSanRafael,CAfollowingtheguidelinessetforthbytheOfficeofRefugeeResettlement.Thisprogramprovidesasafe,nurturing,andsupportiveenvironmentthatservesthewholechildthroughcomprehensivemedicalandmentalhealthcare,nutrition,educationalprogramming,counseling,legalassistance,casemanagement,religiousaccess,andage-appropriateacculturationandrecreation.

Withanemphasisonstrengths-andevidence-based,client-centered,andtrauma-informedcare,deliveredbyanexperiencedbilingualstaff,wewillprovideasecureandenrichingenvironmentforallyouth.Anindividualizedserviceplanwillmoveeachchildtowardasuccessfulsafeandtimelyreleaseandpermanenthomeplacementwhilebuildingarobustsupportframeworkthatwillfollowthechilduponenteringtheirnewcommunitysetting.

Education&Experience:

  • Master’sDegreeinhumanservicefield,socialworkorotherrelevantbehavioralscienceinwhichclinicalexperienceis aprogramrequirement.

  • Must possess a valid license for LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist with two years of post-licensure experience.

Knowledge,Skills&Abilities:

  • Must meet qualifications to provide clinical supervision to MFT and LCSW interns, associates and trainees.

  • MusthavesupervisoryexperienceandbelicensedtoprovideclinicalservicesintheStateofCA.

  • Act33/34andFBIClearancesRequired.

  • CandidatemustbefluentinbothEnglishandSpanish(read,writeandspeak).

St Vincent’s offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Base Salary: $88,000 - $100,000 annually commensurate with active license, experience and qualifications.

  • Sign on bonus: totaling $15,000.
