Robert Half is working with an exciting Start-Up in San Mateo who is looking for a candidate interested in Data Entry / Analysis work. Our client is a true start-up, offering free lunches, a Barista on site, snacks, drinks, game room, etc... You will be utilizing Excel heavily for this role. This is an as needed position. The client will need someone off and on for the foreseeable future. If you are looking for work and have open availability,

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update information in the company's inventory management system to ensure effective tracking of products

• Generate necessary reports documenting warehouse activities

• Safely and efficiently handle products and materials

• Maintain clean and organized office space to ensure efficient operations

• Use basic office skills to support all warehouse and data entry operations

  Requirements

• Proficient in using basic office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers

• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

• Good knowledge of data processing, database management, and basic office software

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
