Job Title: Machine Operator - Glove Manufacturing

Job Description

• Operate automated machinery (most of the machines are controlled using a screen).

• Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments using the machine's control screen.

• Take notes and document levels of each batch of gloves being made and track each cycle in the process.

• Inspect machines and gloves while the cycle is running.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when operating equipment.

• Perform lockout tagout when moving machines.

• Move to different machines to start a new batch when machines are in cycle.

• Clean the tanks that produce the gloves 1-2 times a month.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 600 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Marcos, California.

Work Environment

2nd shift position 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Thursday - Monday, $22/hr. Cleanroom environment requiring lab coat on production floor. Temperature-controlled environment. Manufacturing floor smells like paint. Must maintain cleanliness and may have to wear respirators at times.
