Our client is dedicated to find a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our HR initiatives in the San Marcos area. As our HR Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in coordinating various HR activities, providing administrative support, and championing employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, wellness programs, and training sessions.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
