PeopleReady Concrete worker in San Marcos, California

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring Concrete Workers for a residential project in San Marcos, CA The paver installers will be cutting and laying driveway installation along with a crew of pavers and laborers. Should be about 4 days of work. All tools will be provided. If you have a wheel barrow, flat shovel, rake and chop saw (those would be helpful).

The pay rate for this job is $26 - $28 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the ground

  • Remove debris and level the area to be paved Mix and lay concrete

  • Create a solid foundation for the pavers Cut pavers

  • Use tools to cut pavers to size and shape Arrange and lay pavers

  • Arrange pavers in the desired pattern and style Fill gaps

  • Fill gaps between pavers with sand or other materials Ensure quality

  • Ensure the finished product is level, stable, and meets quality standards

  • Maintain tools and equipment

  • Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and report any damage or malfunctions

Qualifications & Experience:

  • E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA.

  • Fully tooled and self-sufficient in the trade.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites.
