Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for our construction client. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for invoicing customers, applying payments, and providing financial, administrative, and clerical services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.

• Process invoices/billing statements according to procedures.

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.

• Investigate historical data for debts and bills.

  Requirements

• Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.

• Experience in data entry, analysis and management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.
