Responsible for providing support to ADI’s sales teams by managing the applications for project registration pricing with our various product vendors. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth. Develop and maintain sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as accurate and fast reporting. Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Sales organization. Grow relationships with assigned ADI branches to encourage further cooperation between Sales and Project Registration Group.

JOB DUTIES:

• Help drive branch engagement with project registration group.

• Register large projects with our vendors for special pricing.

• Assist sales teams with creating and re-pricing quotes.

• Develop and maintain clear processes and points of contact for project registrations.

• Work closely with ADI sales teams to ensure accurate and timely turnaround for all requests.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.

• 4 years of experience on roles supporting customers / sales teams.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documents

• Advanced knowledge of SalesForce

• 6:00 am to 15:30 pm Summer / 7:00 am to 16:30 pm Winter (CST)

• 9:30 am to 19:00 pm Summer / 10:30 am to 20:00 pm Winter (CST)
