As a Detailed Production Scheduler your role is essential to sustaining food supply for future generations through the excellent execution of our Master Production Short Term Plan, in collaboration with our manufacturing and supply chain teams.

Your everyday actions allow us to keep shelves full of plant protection products for our farmers ultimately enabling good food on your plate.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create and maintain detailed production schedules for San Lorenzo and EM sites based on the master scheduling, material scheduling, manufacturing, and quality inputs.

· Manage daily detailed production schedules during short term planning horizon

· Manage production plans in line with business strategy for capacity utilization, inventory strategy, and rework/repackage plans in S4 and IBP Supply

· Maintain schedule communication throughout the supply chain to key stakeholders including Manufacturing, Logistics, Material Planning, and Export/Import Supply Chain

· Review and resolve short-term exceptions (e.g., capacity constraints) communicating any shortages or exceptions appropriately.

· Co-lead weekly meetings with manufacturing location/asset to communicate or adjust schedule, raw and packaging material availability, and planned distribution plans

· Highlight and actively participate in the identification and resolution of inventory, customer order issues, and quality issues as they develop.

· Monitor open orders and daily production performance to schedule and ensure S4 is managed in alignment with Raw Material and Distribution plans

· Manage assigned DPS Master Data in IBP Supply and S4

KEYS TO SUCCESS

· Facilitative leadership to drive production plans to meet productions business

· Ownership and accountability for LST team to meet the plan

· Detailed oriented, process and continuous improvement focus

· Resolve conflicts and driving agreement across functions and regions through courageous conversations

· Ability to make quick decision with limited data in a fast-paced environment

· Understanding of Supply Chain Fundamentals

· Proficient in application of tools and technology

Qualifications

· Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business

· Experience in operations, scheduling, planning, manufacturing

· Knowledge in tools such as: SAP, Excel, PowerBI and data management tools

· English language

· Six Sigma Green Belt certification and/or certified Lean Practitioner

· APICS Certification: Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
