A Brief OverviewThe Unit Supervisor of the Field Collection Department supervises, and coordinates activities of the Consumer Field Collector assigned.What you’ll do· Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.· Assists subordinates with collection activities including field and/or telephone support in difficult cases.· Coordinates entry level training and reinforcement training· Issues written and oral instructions.· Ensures productivity, efficiency and key performance indicator levels are maintained to standard.· Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.· Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.· Prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.· Adjusts errors and complaints.· Assists subordinates with collection activities including field and/or telephone support in difficult cases.· Responsible for the preparation of performance evaluation.What You’ll Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or two years of relevant experience. Ability to travel around the municipalities around the island. A valid driver’s license and a car in excellent conditions is required.· Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.· Contributes to building a positive team spirit.· Treats people with respect and upholds organizational values· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. · Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to improve and promote quality· Computer literate (Word, Excel)· Planning/Organizing· Prioritizes and plans work activities· Sets goals and objectives· Leadership· Change Management
