A JLL esta a recrutar Listing Assistant para loja de Algarve.Sobre a JLLA JLL opera em 80 paises, atraves de 300 escritorios e cerca de 105.000 colaboradores. Com mais de 200 anos de historia, esta presente em Portugal desde 1997, contando com uma equipa pluridisciplinar com cerca de 450 profissionais. Desenvolve a sua atividade nos mercados de escritorios, retalho, residencial e hotelaria, nas areas de agencia, investimento, corporate solutions, consultoria estrategica, avaliacoes, gestao de imoveis, arquitetura, construcao e research.O Departamento Residencial da JLL existe desde 2015, tendo sido reforcado em Janeiro de 2016 com a aquisicao da Cobertura, uma empresa de mediacao imobiliaria portuguesa especializada nos segmentos medio-alto/alto e lider de mercado nesses segmentos, na regiao da Grande Lisboa.Descricao da Funcao
* Insercao de novas angariacoes no CRM;
* Validacao de documentacao oficial;
* Assistencia direta aos consultores;
* Back Office administrativo;
* Gestao geral de escritorio.Perfil do Candidato
* Valorizamos formacao em secretariado, marketing e publicidade;
* Experiencia na funcao e no sector;
* Forte capacidade de organizacao;
* Perfil pro-ativo, resiliente e responsavel;
* Resistencia ao stress;
* Fluencia em ingles;
* Experiencia na utilizacao de ferramentas informaticas Windows;
* Disponibilidade para deslocacoes entre as lojas Quinta do Lago e Vilamoura.
