• Performs fix assets physical inventory and data analysis and generate reports.• Enters data on items into the inventory control system and assigns inventory numbers for fixed assets equipment.• Implements inventory procedures by assigning inventory numbers to new equipment from receiving reports, forwarding copies to appropriate personnel, and maintaining computerized inventory data.• Collaborates with team members to monitor asset loss, damage, destruction, disposal, theft, trade-ins, sale, and/or transfer of assets.• Forwards and receives equipment survey forms to delete obsolete equipment, forwards disposition reports to appropriate personnel.• Involve in technology upgrades and changes related to fixed asset accounting.• Ensures that assets are being constantly tracked and maintained according to their physical location.• Coordinates multiple resources inside and outside your department to support the goals of the division.
