Account Manager Hunter Full time | Hybrid Model We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, effectively sell solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle. What your daily routine will look like: Client Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and pain points to uncover opportunities for utilizing SoftwareOne's solutions. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor solutions that address their specific needs. Value-Based Selling: Leverage in-depth knowledge of SoftwareOne's offerings to articulate the value proposition to potential clients, aligning product features with client requirements to solve business challenges and support Prospecting and Lead Generation: Implement a proactive strategy for prospecting and lead generation using various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and partnerships. Continuously build and qualify a robust pipeline of leads. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights and guidance that align with clients’ strategic objectives. Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to managing the sales pipeline, track the progress of leads and opportunities, and utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to assess pipeline health and optimize conversion rates. Customized Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client objectives. Sales Process Ownership: Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, driving momentum and urgency throughout the sales cycle. Performance Metrics: Set ambitious sales targets, regularly reviewing performance against targets and implementing strategies for improvement. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the sales team and organization, contributing to sales effectiveness. Client Transition: Ensure seamless transition of new clients to account management team post-sale, providing comprehensive handover documentation. What we need to see from you Mandatory Qualifications: Deep experience in: Prospecting and Relationship Development: Demonstrated experience in strategic prospecting techniques and building strong relationships with prospects and clients. Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional verbal communication skills, proficient in negotiation tactics, and comfortable in presenting proposals. Understanding of Sales and Delivery Process: Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including CRM tools utilization and collaboration with internal teams. Desirable Qualifications: Advanced English proficiency. AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft certifications. Industry/Market Awareness: In-depth understanding of the software industry landscape, leveraging insights to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions. Business Problem Solving via Technology: Proven aptitude for understanding complex business challenges and proposing innovative software-based solutions.
