Sr. Creative Presentation Designer

We are looking for a new Executive Presentation Designer here at Lionbridge to work alongside our client Cisco. In this role, you will use your passion for dynamic digital storytelling and design meaningful interactions through emotionally driven PowerPoint presentations. You will be responsible for developing highly polished marketing-focused decks, creative design concepts, and unique data visualizations. In collaboration with the project managers, you will be owning deliverables from ideation through execution.

You Will Do

  • Design creative PowerPoint presentations, from initial concept to execution, ensuring they align with brand objectives and client’s business needs.

  • Communicate effectively with end clients, leaders, and team members to maintain our exceptional service standard.

  • Continuously improve the quality of our creative output to captivate our clients and target audiences.

  • Develop and refine creative concepts, ensuring they resonate emotionally with audiences across digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Work directly with all stakeholders, providing design expertise and input throughout the project lifecycle (owning the end-to-end project planning and execution)

  • Conduct design brainstorming meetings with clients and internal team members as needed to gather business requirements, provide time estimates for work completion, propose the creative direction, and execute the design with great quality and on-time delivery.

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance of your work to ensure a defects-free final output.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design within a technology enterprise setting.

  • Strong graphic design and PowerPoint skills, tailored for a professional business context.

  • Deep understanding of digital media, traditional media, and brand marketing.

  • Knowledgeable in creating emotionally impactful creative concepts and maintaining brand consistency.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey creative direction effectively to C-suite level audiences (English native, or professional proficiency C1 and above)

  • Demonstrated ability to co-create and collaborate seamlessly with account leads and senior stakeholders.

  • Natural ability to understand the scope of work by studying briefs, gathering project requirements, conducting client kick-off calls, and in-progress work reviews to ensure seamless results.

  • Independently navigate through obstacles on all project stages (planning, execution, and delivery) by assessing project risks and proactively proposing creative /technical solutions

  • Talent to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,

  • A portfolio with a diverse range of successful design work across different platforms and media

Technical Software Knowledge Requirements:

  • Microsoft Power Point (high expertise required) / Keynote (desired)

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (must have Illustrator and Photoshop. InDesign desired)

  • Desired familiarity with MS PPT shortcuts and productivity tools
