Cadence Design Systems is looking for a highly motivated graduate student to fill an internship in the Joules R&D engineering team (DDI business unit). As an intern, you will get to work with a variety of our staff and be responsible for designing and developing RTL prototyping and debug software. Development responsibilities will include user interface development/enhancements for prototyping, RTL debug and RTL restructuring features and also creating a dashboard for easy implementation debug. Knowledge of QT and C++ preferred.

BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical EngineeringStrong ability to learnKnowledge of C/C++/QT

UI/GUI/Graphics skillsStrong analysis and problem solving skillsExcellent algorithmic skillsExperience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms is preferredExcellent communication skill is required
