Adecco is looking for an experienced SMT Operator who can program the pick-place, wave, inspection, and/or flying probe machines. Are you the programmer we’re looking for? Let’s connect!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Reviews customer data package and Assembly documents.

• Supports SMT line by programming the pick-place, wave, inspection and/or flying probe test machine.

• Reviews Gerber files and orders stencil

• Creates profiles for reflow and wave process

• Resolves machine and program issue

• Assist production in first article board run

• Assists engineer to solve production problems

• Reports and records process issues and assembly defects

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 3-5 years of experience programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting Surface Mount equipment

• Proficient in Programming software required

• Ability to read/interpret Bill of Materials and Assembly drawings

• Electronic component identification

• Parts database (BOM) software user

• IPC-610 training/experience

• Knowledge of ESD procedures

• Solder paste/stenciling

• Ability to problem solve

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Mechanical tooling/fixtures aptitude

• Quality focus

• MS Windows, Word and Excel (basics)

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Knowledge and Related Experience Requirements:

• Requires 4 years hands-on experience in a PCB manufacturing environment

• 2 years college or equivalent and 4 years plus hands-on experience in a PCB manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $38.00 per hour
