Adecco is assisting a local client in San Jose, CA looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. If you are reliable, detailed focused and have a great attitude, Apply NOW! This is day shift, Monday to Friday with a pay of $21 to $24 depending on experience!

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, managing the safe receipt and dispatch of items at a facility in San Jose. They will verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, prepare orders for shipment, coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries, and maintain an organized workspace.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

· Shipping experience

· Receiving experience

· Logistics

· Customer Service

· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook , Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

· Forklift license or willingness to obtain one

· Knowledge of safety regulations related to handling and shipping hazardous materials

Skill Education

· Shipping: Managing the dispatch of items from a facility.

· Receiving: Handling the receipt of incoming items.

· Logistics: Coordinating the movement of goods within a supply chain.

· Customer Service: Interacting with vendors and team members effectively.

· Microsoft Outlook: Email communication tool used for scheduling and correspondence.

· Microsoft Excel: Spreadsheet software used for data organization and analysis.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
