Senior Electrical Engineer- Contractor

Job Description

Renesas Electronics is looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer Contractor. Responsibilities include:

Verification of Data Buffer to meet functional and performance specifications.

Participate in feasibility studies by working together with colleagues.

Support in developing verification plan based on specifications .

Support in Verification planning, maintenance, feature extraction, verification tests, coverage and checker development.

Develop efficient, reusable state-of-the-art verification environments and testbench structures.

Optimize solutions for key indicators such as reusability, performance and ease of use.

Identify and communicate improvements that may ease verification and/or improve design behavior.

Support in optimizing UVM based testbench.

Take ownership of verification environments for assigned blocks, and tools appointed to you as Expert User.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD EE or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience

• Ability to work independently to deliver the project goals

• Chip-level verification by integration of digital and mixed-signal IP blocks at top-level for DDR4/DDR5 Memory applications

• Experience in developing UVCs using UVM methodology.

• Experience in System-Verilog, and OOPS concepts.

Additional Information

Hourly pay rate for this position is $63.
