Adecco US, Inc. Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo) in San Jose, California

Adecco is hiring immediately for an Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo) for a local client in San Jose, CA.

· Contract Type: Temporary, 3+ months. Potential to be converted to FT employee

· Pay: $30-$40/hr

· Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

We are seeking a Marketo marketing automation expert to service our growing client base. With a diverse project list and smart teammates at your side, there are endless opportunities to apply your knowledge and skills to areas that interest and motivate you.

Responsibilities

· Define business requirements and architect solutions leveraging Marketo. Build marketing programs in Marketo.

· Recommend and configure best practice solutions. This includes confidently and comfortably presenting to and discussing solutions with clients

· Manage the technical design, configuration, implementation, and customization of programs in Marketo

· Design new emails, forms and landing pages for clients using Marketo in accordance with their branding guidelines

· Set up, update, and test campaign elements such as emails, landing pages, and forms.

· Guide clients on program and individual asset (email, form, landing page) testing strategy such as A/B testing.

· Work with clients to understand and provide guidance on reporting strategy, inside and outside of marketing automation, to include key performance indicators, dashboards, and closed loop reporting to track campaign activity, effectiveness, and profitability.

· Analyze marketing and/or sales operational processes to identify and recommend efficiencies

· Ensure timeliness and quality of all project deliverables

· Manage multiple projects that are delivered on time and on budget

· Create happy clients who are eager to renew with us

Qualifications:

· Marketing 2 years (preferred)

· Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 1 year (preferred)

· Marketo: 2 years (preferred)

  • Ability to communicate and present to clients from practitioner through C-level

  • Project management experience

  • Experience with Marketo

  • Must be able to work independently and within a team

  • Must have an aptitude for technical challenges as well as business acumen

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
