Cisco IT Project/Program Manager in San Jose, California
We have a phenomenal opportunity for a IT Project/Program Manager to join our team in Services IT! Your knowledge of the various Service Logistics operations and help to define the next-generation Order to Return or Source to Stock processes and tools. You will work with business stakeholders, multi-functional IT and Operations teams, and talented developers to drive planning & execution of scalable solutions to complex business problems.
Managing business & stakeholder engagement
Understand strategy to develop sequencing of program epics, features, capabilities & stories
Work with IT Manager, Architects, Solution experts and leads to define system capabilities and features
Partner with Business and operations to define Release Trains
Engage, maintain and manage outside service supplier engagements and associated activities
Develop and maintain portfolio across the entire organization

You will primarily partner with all IT actors starting with senior executive leaders to subject matter experts, key executive business stakeholders, finance and other cross functional teams to understand and meet their expectations.

You are someone who feels courageous to fail in the due course of creativity for success. Minimum requirements include:
BS in Computer Science or a relevant Engineering degree with strong Computer Science fundamentals
10+ years of professional experience as a Program/Project manager or an IT Analyst
Leadership experience in large transformational programs
Qualified project management professional (PMP) preferred but not mandatory
8-10 years of project/program management in ERP programs
5+ years of Agile SAFE practice & Waterfall software development methodologies
3-5 years of portfolio and finance management
Techno-Functional knowledge in Oracle ERP, Pega Business Process Management Platform
2-4 years sales force platforms
Understanding of Service Logistics and reverse logistics, experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance processes
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Excellent written & oral communication and collaboration skills
