Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – BAS Maintenance & Repairs

Job Summary: Air Systems Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the BAS Service Manager. This position will provide customer service, proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work

• Tracks outstanding proposals

• Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals

• Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system

• Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes

• Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals

• Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes

• Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals

• Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed

• Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience

• Proficient on MS Office Teams, Coins, Salesforce

• Excellent oral/written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Attention to detail a priority

• Be able to multi-task

• Excellent Organization

• Ability to problem solve

• Team Player

• Flexible

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
