ManpowerGroup Executive Administrative Assistant in San Jose, California

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Finance organization supporting the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage complex issues.

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $50 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Own the CFO's calendar; coordinate across C-suite executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists. On occasion provide calendar support to CoS.

  • Assists in the planning and organizing of internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organizational wide meetings. Obtains briefing documents for key internal/external meetings and creates briefing packets for business trips.

  • Manages complex international and domestic travel. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel arrangements and itineraries. Processes passports and visas.

  • Manages expense reports, and becomes a tool champion of WD's internal tools. Coordinates with executive technical support teams in advance of meetings and events to understand the best technology needed to ensure a successful outcome.

  • Partners with Chief of Staff and Business & People Partner on special projects, including researching issues, analyzing problems, and determining approach.

What's Needed?

  • Experience supporting at the C-suite level in a public company, preferably in high tech.

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Great attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must.

  • Intuitive problem-solver with thoughtful anticipation of deliverables.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
