Job Summary

As an Audio/Visual Support Specialist, you will perform a variety of general support tasks within an established IT infrastructure.

Job Description

CAI is in search of a Audio/Visual Support Specialist for a client in the Beaverton Oregon area. . This is a 6–12-month position and is On-Site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between executives and The IT Organization

  • Display confidence and professionalism when interacting with executives and team members.

  • Facilitate seamless execution of executive meetings by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and productive meeting experience.

  • Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Demonstrate a strong desire and eagerness to learn.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Candidate must be comfortable and familiar with setup and troubleshooting of corporate conference room AV systems.

  • Technical proficiency with a willingness to expand knowledge as needed.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
