Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Family Law Attorney to join our in San Jose. This role involves providing legal advice and counsel to clients with a wide range of family law issues in a multi-service law firm setting. Responsibilities

• Represent clients in front of judicial officers and during mediations

• Handle complaints and civil litigation matters efficiently

• Provide family law advice to clients

• Draft legal documents, including motions and discovery

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

• Collaborate with team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

• Brief the team on relevant legal matters.

Requirements

• Applicant must hold a valid license to practice law in the state

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney is required

• Proven expertise in Briefing, Civil Litigation, and Complaint Handling

• The ability to provide sound Legal Advice to clients

• Prior experience in Mediation and Negotiating Settlements

• The candidate should be skilled at Drafting Motions and handling Discovery processes

• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
