Facilitates crowdsourcing of market intelligence by building and nurturing strong relationships in the market, both within CBRE and with outside parties (competitors, industry associations etc.)
Partners with brokers, market leaders and Sales Management to ensure property data and market intelligence meets or exceeds their expectations
Establish and periodically track strong KPIs for both point-of-sale support as well as the Data Intelligence team in conjunction with market leadership as well as matrix national leadership:
Point of sale metrics -, # key pursuits supported and win rate, #MarketFlashes and MarketViews (aside from the quarterly reports) offered to the market, etc.
Data Intelligence metrics - NPS (Net Promoter Score), data quantity (e.g. #comps and Tenants in Market), data quality and data visualization (#accessible data products offered directly to brokers including products built using Tableau/Power BI and GIS/Dimension) etc.
Be the Single Point of Contact for market leadership around analytics related to market share, square feet participation, market momentum and other statistics that enable business leadership and brokers to have a strong pulse of the market
