Job Title: Assembler in South San Jose, CA!!

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This role involves the assembly and disassembly of endoscopes that need to be repaired. Types of repairs include channel replacement, imaging wires, connector replacement, and c-cover replacement. The process for the line includes disassembly, gathering components, internal replacement, wire stripping, soldering, assembly, inspection, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble endoscopes requiring repair.

• Perform various types of repairs such as channel replacement, imaging wires, connector replacement, and c-cover replacement.

• Follow the process for line work: disassembly, gathering components, internal replacement, wire stripping, soldering, assembly, inspection, and packaging.

• Utilize small hand tools and follow work instructions accurately.

• Use a microscope for certain stations.

• Operate a computer at all stations and ensure good computer skills are applied.

• Maintain high hand dexterity and manual precision during tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly and mechanical tasks.

• Comfortable following work instructions and utilizing small hand tools.

• Good computer skills.

• High hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope.

• Strong communication skills.

• High School Education or equivalent experience (6 months of related experience can substitute).

Work Shifts

Day: 6 AM - 2:30 PM -$21/hr

Swing: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM- $23.10/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.10/hr.
