Work you'll Do:

Our Global Treasury Advisory Services team help drive growth and manage delivery teams of our consulting services. Our delivery of services focuses on treasury and risk management strategies, merger integration and divestitures, treasury transformations and treasury technology. This position will have responsibility for supporting proposals and sales, project planning, and leading project execution, specifically focused on multi-national corporations and related to:

• Integration of Treasury organizations, driven by mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity

• Stand-up of Treasury organizations, driven by spin-off or carve-out of entities from existing MNC parent companies

• Transformation of MNC Treasury organizations in areas including:

• Optimization of treasury operations and processes

• Set of in-house bank and/or pooling capabilities

• Development of hedging strategies, policies, and capabilities to manage MNC FX and interest rate risks

• Planning, budgeting, and execution of treasury technology projects including IT strategy, architecture design, system selection and treasury management system ("TMS") implementations

• Support the sales process for major opportunities

• Manage project execution

  Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field required

• MBA, CTP, CPA or CFA preferred

• Previous management experience required

• 5+ years of consulting or major corporation treasury experience with focus on M&A, divestitures, or transformation

• M&A and transactional experience required

• Conceptual and quantitative depth in market risk methodologies and concepts and underlying markets and models

• Strong background and knowledge in:

• Treasury transformation and technology projects including process design, RFI/ RFP, system selections, systems architecture design and treasury system implementations

• Integrating or standing-up Treasury organizations

• Transforming Treasury operations and processes in areas of cash management, forecasting, FX/IR risk management or international treasury

• Technology strategies for a MNC treasury

• General understanding of the relationship among business, protection, technology and industry issues and characteristics

• Entrepreneurial nature: resourcefulness; flexibility; creativity; energy and versatility.

• Strong executive presence and good communications and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead a team and to establish credibility as a trusted advisor with clients.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
