Our client, Bloom Energy , is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the CEO's office to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Executive Office, supporting the CEO and the Sr. Manager, Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully with the dynamic environment of Bloom Energy.

What’s the Job?

  • Represent the CEO's office to internal and external audiences, maintaining professionalism.

  • Communicate effectively with executives, high-level clients, and team members.

  • Manage errands and set up meeting logistics, including preparing refreshments.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness.

  • Complete various administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, managing calls, and maintaining executive files.

  • Process and manage expense records and be available for on-call support during weekends.

What’s Needed?

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and videoconferencing tools.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse personalities.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and availability for off-hours and weekend calls.
