Cadence Design Systems, Inc. 3DIC Solutions Sr. Principal Engineer in San Jose, California

Deep technical knowledge and leading/hands-on experience of the entire process from product planning to mass production of various types of silicon. Competent 3DIC solution architect on from vertical design floorplanning, implementation, electronic noise analysis and sign-off. Highly experienced of root cause diagnosis and problem-solving of post-silicon failures. Capable product manager/Architect specialized brand-new product encompassing multi-domains (chip, package, board/system) and multi-physics (power, signal, thermal, design implementation).

Must have experience with; all aspects of 3DIC Flow, 3DIC -System Planning, 3DIC Packaging/3DIC Signoff/3DIC Multi-Die/InterDie Extraction and STA/3DIC SIPI/3DIC Thermal/3DIC Structural Analysis/3DIC DRC/LVS.

The annual salary range for California is $143,500 to $266,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
